TERMS, WARRANTIES, & CONDITIONS

All initial sales are cash only, payable by cash currency, cashier check, or wire transfer. 

We will allow payment by check if check-writing application is completed and approved.  

Please allow thirty days for such approval. If you are shipping we require prepay until credit is verified and then will allow a check to be mailed by return mail. 

Customer agrees to pay any and all reasonable collection expenses, including attorney's fees and court costs, should such action become necessary to effect settlement.  We reserve the right to cancel check writing privileges at any time.  It is our policy to automatically redeposit any check returned for non sufficient funds.

All shipments are FOB Moore’s Greenhouses, Inc.  All plants are inspected and warranted to be suitable for shipment at the time they are packed and scheduled for pickup.  Plants picked up by a customer truck will be considered to have been inspected and accepted by the customer at the time of pickup.   Any discrepancies or problems must be reported to Moore’s Greenhouses, Inc. within thirty-six hours of shipping.

Any damages or shortages from shipment or delay are the responsibility of the transport company and should be reported to them.
